AGG Club Competition

AGG Gymnastics' FIRST Club Competition!

After a lot of planning and preparation, AGG's first Club competition was held. All AGG, except the kindergarten gymnasts, took part in this competition. The gymnasts enjoyed this event and they gave their best. We want to thank the following:

Our Lord for giving us and the gymnasts a heart for this sport
The Strauss family for the pancakes and jaffels
Rina Buckle and Louis van Heerden for your help and support
Every single parent for your time and effort
All the AGG Gymnasts for being blessings to us

The purpose of our yearly Club Competitions is to create the opportunity for the non-competitive gymnasts to participate as well. This also contributes to their performance skills and teaches them how to perform under pressure. We also use this competitions to show the parents what the gymnasts learned during the year.

IMPORTANT for 2018 Club Competition:

Our Kindergarten gymnasts will also be participating. We are very exited to see what these cuties will come and show us!

Gymfinity Club Competition (Benoni)

Four of AGG's gymnasts competed at Gymfinity's Club Competition in Benoni. It was AGG's first official competition, being one of nine other Acrobatic Gymnastics Clubs who also participated.

Our gymnasts competed in 5 Items with results as follow:

Level 1 Women's Pair (9/U) - 1st Place (Gold)
Level 1 Women's Trio (11/U) - 1st Place (Gold)
Level 2 Women's Pair (11/U) - 1st Place (Gold)
Level 1 Stage (9/U) - 2 x 1st Places (Gold)

- 1 x 3rd Place (Bronze)

5. Level 2 Stage (11/U) - 1 x 1ste Place (Gold)

All Glory to God !! We are very proud of them.

Gymfinity/Springs Stars Acrobatic Gymnastics Competition

Second competition....done and dusted!

We are very proud of our 4 gymnasts who competed in Springs Stars' Club Competition on 23 June 2018.

The results for competing in 5 items:

1. Level 1 Women's Pair (9/U) - 2nd Place (Silver)

2. Level 1 Women's Trio (11/U) - 1st Place (Gold)

3. Level 2 Women's Pair (11/U) - 1ste Place (Gold)

4. Level 1 Stage (9/U) - 2 x 1st Places (Gold)

- 1 x 2nd Place (Silver)

5. Level 2 Stage (11/U) - 1 x 1ste Place (Gold)

Yet again, we give All Glory to God, as He blessed these gymnasts with the talent and the opportunity to use it!
